Real estate photography in Idaho Falls and Bonneville County can be booked online 24/7 by selecting a package, property address, and available shoot time.
Agents and brokers choose services, enter the listing details, and select a time from a live schedule. Confirmation, shoot updates, and delivery notifications are sent automatically.
STAG Media Idaho currently books real estate agents and broker listings only.

After booking, you receive confirmation of the location, date, and time via email, followed by updates after the shoot and when your media is ready.
All photos, video, and marketing materials are delivered through a private branded portal instead of Dropbox, keeping files organized and easy to access.

With photography, we typically deliver by noon the following day. Our team of editors work on them immediately after the shoot, as we know how time-sensitive they are to get your listing on the MLS.
Video editing can take longer, and delivery tends to be up to 48, but often 24 hours, depending on length, narration and added audio.

For agents, brokers and CTs, we offer a variety of packages that can be reviewed and ordered online here.
On average, our real estate photo or video service packages can run from our basic home photo shoot at $235, all the way to the deluxe all inclusive package at $495. We also offer a la cart options for those agents needing ‘a little of this, a little of that’. All of this can be ordered online here.

Once we have all of your media ready in your portal, we will send you a delivery notice at which point you can then pay online using a credit/debit card to access everything.

Agents do not need to attend real estate photo shoots, though first-time clients may benefit from pointing out key features or special areas of the home.
Notes can also be left during booking.

In general, weather has no bearing. However, drones can not fly in rain or stormy weather.
Why should Realtors provide a floor plan to their clients?

Can a Realtor get into trouble by hiring a non-licensed drone pilot?
Yes.
Under FAA regulations, anyone flying a drone for commercial purposes — including real estate photography - must hold a valid Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107).
If your photographer is providing aerial images using a drone, it’s important to verify that they are properly licensed. The FAA maintains a public registry where a pilot’s certification can be confirmed.
Real estate drone work is considered a commercial operation. This means compliance is required not only from the pilot, but also from the party hiring and directing the work.
Both the drone operator and the hiring agent can face enforcement action if a flight is conducted illegally.
FAA penalties vary by case but can include:
substantial civil fines
suspension or revocation of certification
and, in serious cases, criminal penalties
Recent enforcement actions have resulted in fines ranging from several thousand dollars to tens of thousands per violation, depending on the circumstances.
If a photographer cannot demonstrate a current FAA Remote Pilot Certificate, it’s worth confirming compliance before hiring them.
At STAG, all drone operations are conducted by FAA-certified remote pilots in accordance with Part 107 regulations.
