Offering so much more than just a few pictures
STAG Media RVA is more than just pictures. There are options for many types of upgrades over the most basic service of providing high quality photos of any property. For instance, we offer a Marketing Kit for any listing for only $30.00. This includes a branded and unbranded property website, pre-made flyers for printing and social media posts, social media videos and pre-made posts, all of which are customizable. An exceptional value that saves the agent time and hassle. Oh and don’t forget, a 2D Schematic Floor Plan is included with every shoot.
Once you set up your STAG Media RVA account, it stays with you, and so do all your listings - all in one easy portal. This is a time saving convenience. For example, you might want to find a few photos from a listing a year ago, or share a video with your social media account. It’s all right there in your own personal library.
Full video services are offered whether you require a one minute walk through, a 15 second blast for social media, or a full 4k luscious presentation.
Lastly, we don’t charge different prices for square footage. 25, 40 or 60 photos is the standard. This way you can keep it simple, easily upgrading if you need to using our simple to use order form. You can even do all the scheduling as well, right from your phone. An agents dream come true, right?
